Our Impact

“Even the smallest person can change the course of the future!”
 J.R.R Tolkien

The volunteers at Little Helpers were brought together by the realisation that our children are living in a world of unsurpassed privilege and opportunity that will allow them to accomplish and succeed in unparalleled ways. These very opportunities have, unfortunately, led majority of our children to foster a lack of compassion and impatience towards the vulnerable members of society, evident as they pass by the homeless individuals camped on the corner, unaffected by their sufferings or when they become increasingly annoyed towards the elderly slowly crossing the streets. Seeing the disconnect which exists within our community, we felt the need to develop an organisation which works towards eradicating these differences. At Little Helpers, children are provided an opportunity to work together with respect, love and care to support our elderly, our homeless, our peers and our community. We have designed specialised projects to enrich our children’s hearts with compassion for all individuals, building invaluable life skills, to set the foundations for communal harmony.

At Little Helpers we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive. It doesn’t matter whether you are from a privileged background or an individual in need, you can create change in your community

Letters and Social Media Posts of Appreciations
Appreciation is the best form of motivation. To be appreciated is one of the greatest things one can do to uplift others.

Appreciating others is a wonderful act of courage and kindness that comes straight from the heart. Appreciating others, particularly our youth, not only encourages them to do more, and realise the real difference that their efforts make, but will also enables them to understand the value of kindness and giving back to the community. We are truly grateful to you for taking time out to show how much you value our elderly and our youth. Your kind words are greatly appreciated by our volunteers and all participants and will definitely drive them to go more!

Together we can make the world a special place!
